When will T20 world cup 2024 start?
T20 world cup 2024 will start from 1st of June and the final will be played on 29th of June. A total of 55 matches will be played at 9 different venues, 6 of which are situated in West Indies and 3 of them are in USA. 39 matches of the tournament will be held in West Indies and the other 16 matches will be played in USA.

Teams are divided into 4 groups
20 teams are divided into 4 groups of 5 teams each named Group A, Group B, Group C and Group D. In the group stage each team will face another team of group once and the top-2 teams from each group will advance to Super-8 stage. At Super-8 stage the teams will again be divided into two groups and top-2 teams from each group will qualify for semifinals and winners of semifinals will face for the title in final match.
